Shift Leader Car wash

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations at a busy car wash location. In this role, you will support the team, help deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout each shift.

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Help open, close, and maintain the site according to company procedures.
• Monitor workflow to ensure prompt, high-quality service for every customer.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and hands‑on support to team members as needed.
• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the location.
• Support equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with cash handling, point‑of‑sale processes, and basic shift documentation when required.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, performance, safety, and operational needs.

• Previous experience in customer service, team leadership, or a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to follow procedures and uphold safety standards.
