Seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to help people. The role involves working part time at our Flowood training center with a flexible schedule to teach families simple concepts of how money works. The outcome is to help families have a plan that allows them to become debt free, have college savings, enough for retirement, and ultimately become financially independent.

The hours are completely flexible and will require time management skills, but can complement your current work situation and family life. Our company covers 95% of state and federal licensing, including state life licenses and federal securities licenses. Representatives typically start part time and may earn an additional $1,000-$3,000 per month. Those who desire to transition full time can do so at their own pace.

Financial coaches at our firm are 1099 contractors. Income is performance based with leadership bonuses. There are potential growth opportunities to run their own business and open a future branch of our local office. Candidates must complete a full interview process, background check, and become licensed and trained through our firm.
