Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented full-time Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO).

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120 bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance to many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life.

The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the Brentwood Leadership Team who, along with the CNO will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program, Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of MS. Three or more years of progressive nursing management experience in behavioral health setting.

Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing. Experience with a free-standing inpatient setting. Five to ten years of progressive nursing management experience in behavioral health setting.
