Bentwood Behavioral Healthcare– Licensed Therapist Opportunity (Admissions/Intake, PRN)
Bentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120-bed behavioral health facility providing psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents. Located in Flowood, MS, the facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services and serves a broad region surrounding Hinds and Madison Counties. We strive to help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, providing individualized, safe, and nurturing care.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering calls promptly and courteously.
- Conduct thorough assessments and facilitate admissions, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinate access to the appropriate level of care and refer to external providers when necessary.
- Minimum: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and at least two years of experience in an in‑patient psychiatric setting.
- Preferred: Current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC and at least two years of experience in an in‑patient psychiatric setting.
