About the PositionThis is a time limited position (NS-14). Provide direct parent education services to assigned families in their homes or communities according to PAT guidelines, including personal visits and group connections, conduct intakes for all referred families, administer all family and child assessments, deliver family education using PAT curriculum, make and follow up on referrals for families, complete all required training and attain mastery, adhere to agency, MIECHV, and PAT model policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards, enter and maintain program and participant records, assist with outreach to recruit families and local partners, attend Advisory Committee meetings, and participate in CQISupervision:
Has no direct reports.
This person(s) must have working knowledge of grant programs and how they function. Must have experience in writing, communicating and speaking effectively and efficiently. Must be able to deal with stressful situations with ease dealing with the community.
