Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Cerner EMR proficiency.

Job Details

• Inpatient Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting,

• Night shift schedule: 7p-7a on a 3/2 alternating split (4 shifts one week, 3 the next),

• Alternating weekend requirement,

• Patient ratio of 6:1,

• Cerner EMR used at this facility,

• 8-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required,

• Cerner EMR experience required,

• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date,

• Valid driver's license required for consideration,

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position,

• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
