As a Senior HR Partner - Learning & Development, you will lead impactful learning initiatives that drive employee growth and support learning and development program initiatives. This role designs and develops leadership programs, conducts learning needs analyses to identify gaps, and creates learning and development solutions. You will also manage logistics and conduct on-site training events, and provide career development coaching to Team Members to guide them through development plans.
A positive, self-motivated approach with confidentiality and accountability is essential, along with professional interactions, ability to work under limited supervision, and leveraging coaching to foster growth, enhance performance, and support career development.
- Design and develop leadership and learning programs.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and create solutions.
- Manage logistics and deliver on-site training events.
- Provide career development coaching and guide development plans.
- Collaborate with teams to support growth and performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, HR, talent management, or related area (or equivalent).
- Proven experience designing and implementing strategic learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development strategies.
- High-level coaching experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to apply graphic design principles.
- Certification in instructional design or talent management (desired).
