• Implements and maintains prescription drug formularies and pricing as outlined in benefit plans, updating based on approved changes.
• Performs system updates and provides results for QA testing.
• Conducts a variety of analysis studies for review by business and management.
• Researches new benefit design and automation opportunities, then develops requirements for system enhancements related to prescription drug benefits.
• Serves as a technical consultant for prescription drug related inquiries, responding timely to benefits related inquiries from the Customer Service team.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to solve problems independently, researching, analyzing, memorializing, and presenting resolutions without relying on step‑by‑step guidance.
• Computer literacy, with specific proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail in work produced.
• Strong multitasking skills, able to switch tasks as needed and balance priorities without compromising quality.
• Effective verbal communication, listening with full engagement, asking questions, and providing clear instruction.
• Clear written communication, adjusting style for the audience as needed.

• Ability to serve as a technical translator, effectively communicating system information that may not be technical but is business related, to technical professionals.
