Primary Duties1. Bachelor's degree in IT and two years related experience; or 2. A general educational knowledge normally acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and four years related experience.

Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical concepts to individuals with experience or knowledge of the technical area.

Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and comparisons.
Skills:
Requires knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics.
Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds from the ground to 34 inches. (Ex: lifting and carrying servers and equipment). Ability to lift 20 pounds from the ground to 72 inches. (Ex: lifting monitors and equipment to storage). Ability to lift 25 pounds from the ground to 57 inches. (Ex: lifting batteries and equipment). Ability to ascend/descend 3 rungs on a ladder.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and/or crouch.
Works in an indoor environment. Travel is required. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting objects up to 100 pounds (e.g. moving telephone and workstation equipment).
