This is a full-time on-site role based in Ridgeland, MS, for a Shift Leader. The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service during their shifts. Responsibilities include managing team schedules, training new employees, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and handling customer inquiries or concerns. The Shift Leader will also support overall business success by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications- Leadership, team management, and the ability to motivate employees effectively
- Customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Time management and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic work environments and challenges during shifts
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members
- Basic understanding or experience in the food service industry and operations management is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in food safety or management is advantageous
