Responsibilities:

Coordinate collection of documentation required prior to patient visits, including labs, x-rays, and physician notes.

Assist with patient assessments, adapting procedures to patient needs and treatment stages.

Ensure patients are prepared and in the room for physician consultations.

Prepare equipment and assist providers during treatments, examinations, and procedures.

Chart physician orders and document treatment plans, observing and reporting patient conditions.

Administer nursing care and medications as directed.

Coordinate discharge instructions, follow-up care, diagnostic tests, and medication instructions.

Act as liaison between patients and doctors, providing guidance and answering questions for patient families.

Participate in developing departmental goals and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and services.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an approved school of Nursing.
Current Mississippi Nursing license and BLS certification.
1-3 years RN experience, preferably in Orthopedic or Med-Surg.
Proficiency with electronic records systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Mississippi driver's license and ability to travel to all clinic locations.
Ability to work overtime and meet physical requirements.
