Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented full‑time Clinical Nurse Educator, RN – Full Time.
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120‑bed capacity behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric services. We specialize in treatment for adults, children and adolescents. Brentwood Behavioral offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. Located in Flowood, MS, in Rankin County with close proximity to Hinds and Madison Counties, our outpatient services are within driving distance of many surrounding areas. We help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life.

Clinical Nurse Educator, RN is responsible for providing focused orientation and education for the Behavioral Health staff. The Nurse/Staff Educator assesses staff training and development needs on an on‑going basis. They coordinate and teach orientation and other ongoing training programs as needed. The Nurse/Staff Educator coordinates and ensures completion of annual mandatory training and ensures competency of staff.

Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of MS. 1 year of progressive nursing education experience.
Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing. Experience with a free‑standing inpatient setting. Three to five years of related experience in behavioral health setting.
