Job DescriptionThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering quality direct patient care to children, adolescents, and adults hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders.
In this role you will:
- Serve actively and constructively as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization’s philosophy of care.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of each patient.
- Supervise MHTs as assigned.
- Contribute to nursing and hospital objectives through educational efforts and quality‑management initiatives.

- Current license to practice nursing in MS (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- 1‑2 years of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5‑65+.
- Associate in Nursing (required).
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with three to five years of related experience in a behavioral health setting.
