Overview

Full‑time RN Night Supervisor position at Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, Mississippi. This role requires an RN to supervise the night shift, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with treatment plans.

• Plan, provide, and evaluate direct and indirect care to patients during the assigned shift.
• Assist in the development and direction of patient program and schedule to ensure all elements are satisfied.
• Supervise patient teaching, ensure individual treatment plans are followed, and that documentation is complete.
• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Managers with policy planning, implementation, and staff evaluation.
• Contribute to the support of philosophy and objectives, educational efforts, and quality management initiatives.
• Attend full hospital and departmental orientations:
  Week 1 (Mon‑Fri 8 AM‑5 PM) and Week 2 (Mon 8 AM‑4:30 PM).

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in Mississippi.
• Demonstrates strong mental resilience, ability to manage multiple priorities, critical thinking, attention to detail, and initiative for change.
• 1–3 years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing with at least one year experience in a psychiatric setting, current RN licensure in Mississippi, and 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience.
