Registered Nurse; RN; NIGHT SHIFT

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Night Shift (7P-7A). Full‑time, 36 hours per week with a $15,000 sign‑on bonus. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Provide hands‑on patient care in the assigned unit. Direct and guide patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for the specific patient population served. Maintain high standards of professional nursing and contribute to nursing and the hospital through support of philosophy and objectives, educational efforts, and Quality Management endeavors.

Attend full hospital and departmental orientations:
Week 1, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Week 2, Monday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Minimum: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of experience in mental health or a related field.
