BlueHealth Mobile Nurse Practitioner

Healthy Careers Start Here The Nurse Practitioner practices autonomously and in collaboration with other health care professionals to treat and manage patients' health problems and serve in various settings as researchers, consultants, and patient advocates for covered members. The Nurse Practitioner performs comprehensive patient assessments, completes necessary labs, diagnoses, and manages chronic conditions related to metabolic health risks. Works with Wellness Coaches on personal care plans for members and triages members for risk and referrals where appropriate.

Must have a Master’s or Doctorate degree as a Nurse Practitioner.

Must have at least one year clinical experience functioning in the nurse practitioner role in a primary care setting.

Must have a current certification as a nurse practitioner.

Must be eligible for or have certificate of fitness/prescription privileges.

Must be able to travel as necessary with overnight travel when applicable.

Must be comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to document and organize work product to demonstrate conformance with corporate or regulatory requirements.

Proven communication skills with a quick and analytical thought process supported by the ability to verbalize in a tactful and persuasive manner.
