Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity - Night Shift. Full-Time positions are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus. New grads are welcome to apply.
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time RN Night Shift (7P–7A). This role offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a schedule with potential overtime and coverage of various shifts if interested.
MUST attend orientation: Week 1:
Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) & Week 2:
Monday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a provider of quality psychiatric treatment services for adults, children and adolescents. Our outpatient services serve areas in Hinds, Madison and Rankin Counties. We also provide inpatient services. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi.
We are accredited by the Joint Commission and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE. We provide treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobias and more.
Job Description:
Responsible for the hands-on delivery of patient care in the assigned unit. Provides, directs, and guides patient teaching, discharge planning, and care planning for the specific patient population served. Ensures high standards of professional nursing and contributes to the hospital through educational efforts and Quality Management.

Minimum: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in Mississippi.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of experience in mental health or related field.
