Position SummaryNurse Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning, delivery, and evaluation of both direct and indirect patient care. This position provides leadership in coordinating clinical operations, ensuring that patient care programs, daily schedules, and unit activities are organized effectively to meet all regulatory, organizational, and patient-specific requirements. Key responsibilities include oversight of patient education initiatives, monitoring compliance with individualized treatment plans, and ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation.
The Nurse Manager also collaborates closely with the CNO in the development, implementation, and review of departmental policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. This role contributes to staff coaching and evaluation and helps maintain alignment with organizational values, strategic objectives, educational programs, and quality management standards.

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN required. Three (3) years' experience in psychiatric nursing required. - Preferred:
Masters Degree with 5-8 years of nursing administravtive/supervisory experience.
