• Provide excellent, high-quality nursing care while utilizing best nursing practices
• Provide direct care to residents and meet their medical and psychosocial needs
• Work in conjunction with Respiratory Therapists to assist with the management of tracheostomies and ventilators
• Interact daily with residents and build meaningful, supportive relationships
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to facilitate resident care and needs
• Work with management and administrative staff to enhance facility operations
• Oversee and direct care provided by CNAs

• Full-time
• 40 hours per week
• 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Every Other Weekend

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the State of Mississippi

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
