Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Flowood, MS | Acute Care

Contract | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, alternating weekends) | 13 Weeks | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in an acute care setting
• Manage a patient assignment in accordance with unit staffing ratios (6:1)
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using the facility EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient treatment plans and transitions of care
• Participate in alternating weekend shifts as required by unit scheduling

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Mississippi
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Must maintain a permanent address of at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and unit workflows
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced acute care environment

• Immediate start available with a projected start date in late September 2026
• Opportunity to gain valuable travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical acute care setting
