Socket.dev is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Flowood, MS to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of business clients. You will onboard new customers, ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation, and drive renewals, upsells and cross-sell opportunities.
You will coordinate with support, provisioning, and billing teams, monitor usage and service performance, and educate customers on new features while maintaining accurate CRM records.
