Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and support our mission of music education. In this role, you'll assist customers with band, orchestra, and keyboard instruments, rentals, and accessories, recommending products that fit students, parents, and educators. You'll process sales and rental contracts, support lesson enrollment, and handle opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory tasks. Collaborating with store and school service teams, you'll deliver outstanding service, resolve issues, and help create an inclusive, performance oriented retail environment that inspires lifelong music making.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Assist students, parents, and educators with product selection and financing options
• Process sales, rentals, returns, and lesson registrations accurately in POS systems
• Maintain merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and promotional displays
• Support inventory management, including stock checks and receiving shipments
• Collaborate with school service reps to fulfill school and educator needs
• Resolve customer issues with a student-focused, service-driven approach
• Support opening and closing procedures and store security policies
• Promote lessons, events, and educational programs to drive engagement
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and service goals
