Territory Manager-Flowood

Location: Flowood, MS |
Schedule: Full-time, field-based (mobile store operation)

An established, family-owned industrial distribution company with decades of operating history is seeking a Territory Manager to run a fully stocked mobile store serving customers across a defined geographic territory. This role brings industrial hardware directly to businesses in sectors such as transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, military, marine, power generation, manufacturing, government, and heavy equipment.

• Prospect and develop new sales leads through research, referrals, and outreach to businesses near existing customers
• Make face-to-face cold and warm sales calls
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demonstrations, and the mobile store
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of the mobile store vehicle
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports on sales orders and prospect calls
• Maintain accurate customer contact information, notes, and records using company software

• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle
• Must maintain a clean driving history
• Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong, tenured work history with no job hopping; ideally a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of goal attainment

• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales
