- Performing various tasks and material handling under the direct supervision of an assigned electrician installing the work.
- Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit using tools such as a hacksaw, pipe threader, and conduit benders under the direct supervision of an assigned electrician.
- Assist electricians with properly mounting and installing assigned electrical work, conduit, electrical tray, wires, and devices.
- Demonstrate Yates Core Values and Principles.
- Follow Yates Code of Conduct.
- Safety Responsibilities and Expectations including: refusing unsafe work, reporting incidents, wearing PPE, and participating in required training and inspections.
- Provide suggestions to improve Safety and present a mature approach to safe work practices.
- Attend prestart and Safety meetings and contribute.
- Other related duties as needed and assigned by Field Supervision.
- Level IV:
Thirty-six (36)+ months of heavy industrial-related electrical experience. - Other verified experiences or certifications with electrical experience at Level III, II, I as applicable: twenty-four (24) to thirty-five (35) months; twelve (12) to twenty-three (23) months; zero (0) to eleven (11) months; plus one (1) year of industrial experience.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions and documentation.
- Personal hand tools required for craft as established on the Yates Industrial Minimum Tool List.
- Successful completion of required Safety training including, but not limited to, Confined Space, LOTO, and Working at Heights.

- Standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, lifting; ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
- Vision abilities to focus, see distances, colors, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
