Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, medical gas piping, and other facility plumbing components;
Troubleshoots plumbing issues, diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, pipe breaks, and malfunctioning fixtures;
Performs preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment, ensuring proper operation and compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes;
Assembles, installs, and tests new plumbing components, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and backflow prevention devices;
Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations and modifications
