Technical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Leader to drive the development of cutting-edge applications and solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide engineering teams through complex projects while maintaining focus on core delivery excellence.

As a Technical Project Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions through technical excellence and team leadership. While staying current with modern development practices including selective AI tool adoption, your primary focus will remain on driving project success, mentoring talent, and ensuring robust architectural decisions. This role represents a critical leadership position where deep technical expertise meets practical delivery execution.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using .NET ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable solutions while mentoring senior and junior .NET developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Breakdown technical solution into tangible tasks / action items.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate AI coding assistants (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance developer productivity while maintaining code quality standards.
• Leverage AI-powered documentation tools to maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to engineering leadership.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including security, testing, and performance optimization.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with expert-level proficiency in .NET ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience of leading a team.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C# and .NET tools and echo system.
• Deep expertise in database design and optimization with both MS-SQL and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade and highly scalable solutions and software architecture likemicroservices, event-driven architectures.
• Demonstrated success leading teams of 5+ senior and junior .NET developers.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD implementation and Dev Ops practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic technical decision-making ability.
• Docker container-based application development.

• Knowledge of design patterns and principles with practical application experience.
• Experience working with offshore development teams and global clients.
• Agile methodology expertise with adaptive process implementation.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for development efficiency.
• Understanding of security best practices in modern development environments.

• Primary Stack: .NET 6/7/8/9/10, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework.
