Role Summary

We are seeking a highly professional, punctual, and discreet
Executive Driver
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting high-profile clients to their destinations safely and comfortably. The ideal candidate possesses a flawless driving record, an intimate knowledge of local traffic patterns, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service while maintaining strict client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Transportation:Safely and efficiently transport executives, VIPs, and private clients to meetings, airports, events, and other destinations according to a pre-arranged schedule.
• Route Planning:Anticipate traffic and weather conditions by checking navigation apps and planning optimal primary and alternative routes.
• Customer Service:Greet clients professionally, open doors, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable environment (temperature, music, water) tailored to client preferences.
• Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure the assigned luxury vehicle is impeccably clean (interior and exterior), fully fueled, and stocked with daily amenities before every shift.
• Safety & Compliance:Strictly obey all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents to management immediately.
• Discretion & Professionalism:Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all passenger identities, conversations, and destinations. Maintain a polished, professional appearance (dark suit, tie, and well-groomed).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensing:Valid state Driver’s License. A specialized Chauffeur’s License, CDL, or TLC license (if required by local jurisdiction) is highly preferred.
• Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years of professional driving experience (e.g., black car service, corporate chauffeur, or luxury hospitality).
• Driving Record:Impeccable driving record with no at-fault accidents, DUIs, or major traffic violations within the last 10 years.
• Background:Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Local Knowledge:Exceptional geographic knowledge of the Central Misssissippi area, including major airports, hotels, business districts, and event venues.
• Soft Skills:Excellent verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure or during sudden schedule changes.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, as client schedules dictate.
