Customer Support Chat Internship

As a Customer Support Chat Intern, you will assist our customer support team in providing exceptional service to students, parents, and educators through online chat. Responsibilities- Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to our e-learning platform.
- Assist with customer onboarding and guide users through the registration process.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for team review.
- Support the customer support team in maintaining a positive user experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
