Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Salary: $110K–$125K base

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

• Own and enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards across revenue, margin, channel, and operations

• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate operations into financial insight

• Deliver clear variance analysis, trend insights, and leadership-ready narratives

• Support ad hoc analysis for executives, board materials, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, banking, PE/VC, or high-growth CPG

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Advanced financial modeling skills with practical, decision-driven outputs

• Strong experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders

• Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets proficiency

• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
