Adult Day Care Center is seeking a motivated, energetic, compassionate, and bubbly creative individual to join our team as a Full-Time Recreation Leader.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We're looking for someone with an energetic disposition and a compassionate personality to run engaging large and small group activities, participate in trips, and provide meaningful social support to the members of our center.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Conduct engaging individual and group recreation programs
Participate in member trips and outings
Assist recreation specialists and set up program areas as needed
Keep daily attendance and document residents' participation in activities
Complete all required documentation
Display effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Collaborate as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
CNA license a plus
