Caregiver For Late-Stage Atypical Dementia/Alzheimer's
Condition:
Late-stage atypical dementia/Alzheimer's. Requires full-time, 100% care and support. Responsive to care, not aggressive.
Location:
Flushing, Queens – two-family home with spacious first floor and backyard. Care is restricted to the first floor and backyard. Environment:
Non-smoking household, no pets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide complete daily care and supervision
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Support ambulation and fall prevention
- Meal preparation and nutrition reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
- MUST speak Russian (to communicate effectively with the family and client)
- Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
