• IT Infrastructure Support

• IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Operations

• Technical Documentation & Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) services for IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support during field visits and dispatch assignments.
Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports.
Document processes, procedures, and technical resolutions.
Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and continuous improvement recommendations.
Coordinate workflow activities to meet established schedules and service levels.
Accurately document solutions for complex technical issues.
Develop workaround procedures when standard processes are unsuccessful and ensure timely issue resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve software configuration, installation, and setup-related issues for field engineers, technicians, and end users.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and support.
Safely use ladders and perform physical tasks required to support IT equipment installations and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Experience providing desktop, field, or technical support services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience documenting technical issues and resolutions.
Ability to lift equipment and safely use ladders as required.
