Lead Pastor Position at Queens Christian Alliance Church
Queens Christian Alliance Church is seeking a lead pastor for our multicultural church and shepherd of its English-speaking congregation.
In accordance with 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-3, the lead pastor must embody the specific biblical qualifications and character traits outlined for church leadership.
The responsibilities of the lead pastor are:
- Preach in the English congregation
- Shepherd the flock in QCAC
- Growing the church body with discipleship and evangelism
- Lead church staff
- Executive Pastor
- Spanish Pastor
- Mandarin Pastor
- Youth Pastor
- Church administrator
- Building and grounds Maintenance
- Lead Elder board
- Lead Governing board
- Oversee Building Team
Base Cash Salary: $60,000- $70,000
Total Compensation Package Equivalent: $95,000- $115,000, including on site parsonage housing and health insurance
