As our Manufacturing Finance Manager
, you'll partner with executive leadership, plant operations, supply chain, and production teams to provide financial insights that improve profitability, optimize manufacturing performance, and support strategic business decisions.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Partner with plant leadership to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Develop financial models and ROI analysis for capital investments
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- 3+ years supporting a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and financial analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- CPA and/or MBA (preferred not required)
- Experience in multi‑site manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar platforms
