Collins Aerospace is looking to hire Supply Chain Business Unit Senior Leader for the MRO site in Foley facility.

You will report directly to the General Manager in this high-impact role that carries operational and strategic responsibility for the business while playing a key role in driving the growth and success of the organization.

• Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead the Supply Chain function (Procurement, Stores and Logistics) in line with company strategy and performance targets Develop and execute strategic plans to expand capabilities, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability Be a champion for our business culture by setting clear expectations and holding crucial conversations to support transparent communication.
• Financial Management Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support profitable growth
• Customer Focus Champion a culture of customer excellence, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations in quality, delivery, and responsiveness
• Team Leadership & Development Build and lead high-performing teams Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous development at all levels
• Operational Excellence Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives Own the execution of long-term Supply chain strategies to ensure Stable supply of products and services to execute operational plans Product, Supplier or commodity is performing to the designed RTX requirements from delivery, quality and cost perspective Compliance and provide guidance regarding RTX policies and procedures, and business system processes
• Lead interaction with RTX, Aftermarket, Aftermarket MROs and Central Collins to align to one Enterprise-wide process for product and non-product sourcing Lead interaction with Aftermarket and Aftermarket MROs to align Plan for Every part (PFEP) activity Lead sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature including development of supplier Statements of Work (SOW) as required Lead, initiate and participate in supplier assessments and development activities Lead and participate in audit preparation, support and close out activities Monitor and report business and contract compliance and develop metrics for processes, policies and procedures Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of a business Working closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations, Compliance, etc.)
  
  to ensure cross-functional alignment on commercial matters

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience Knowledge of aerospace structures Strong background in supply chain within an aerospace environment

We Prefer

• Experience working in an aerospace MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) environment
• Experience working in engineering within an aerospace environment
• Experience with nacelle or composite structures and related repair processes
• Experience interacting with suppliers
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Experience presenting in group settings and communicating across organizational levels
• Familiarity with regional cultural norms and working across different countries
• Experience managing Profit & Loss statements
