Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping customers? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every detail matters? Vulcan Signs is looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to make an impact and keep things moving! As the primary contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in making sure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and every interaction leaves a positive impression.
This role goes beyond handling requests; it’s about building relationships, finding solutions, and being a reliable part of a fast-paced manufacturing team.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Provide clear, up-to-date information on products, pricing, lead times, and order status
- Help customers place orders, and resolve any shipping or service issues
- Maintain and update customer records in our PLEX ERP system
- Collaborate across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
- Keep clear documentation for tracking and follow-up
- 1+ years of professional customer service (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
- Able to stay organized and calm in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A team player with a proactive attitude who also works well independently
