Essential Functions
  • Answer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customer with product and service information
  • Enter customers information
  • Process orders and forms
  • Identify an escalate prior issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Follow up on customers calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs
  • Take orders by obtaining and verifying information
  • Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts; explaining latest items or featured products.
Education, Experience and Competencies
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organized and attention to detail approach
  • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems
Physical Demands
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
  • Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
Work Schedule
  • 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm)
  • Monday-Friday – (One Saturday per month)
Compensation
  • $17/hour
