Customer Service Representative

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping customers? Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments where every detail matters? Vulcan Signs is looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to make an impact and keep things moving! As the primary contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in making sure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and every interaction leaves a positive impression.

This role goes beyond handling requests; it’s about building relationships, finding solutions, and being a reliable part of a fast‑paced manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Provide clear, up-to-date information on products, pricing, lead times, and order status
  • Help customers place orders, and resolve any shipping or service issues
  • Maintain and update customer records in our PLEX ERP system
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
  • Keep clear documentation for tracking and follow‑up
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 1+ years of professional customer service (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to stay organized and calm in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a proactive attitude who also works well independently
