Member Experience Representative - Foley Branch

The Member Experience Representative is a frontline position responsible for creating positive member experiences by opening new accounts, assisting with loan requests, processing financial transactions, and identifying opportunities to connect members with products and services that meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain member accounts
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately
- Assist with debit card and check orders
- Support loan application requests
- Educate members on ACU products and services
- Build relationships and provide exceptional member service
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is important.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and cash-handling experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and multi-task effectively
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Commitment to serving members and the community
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of related experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, hear, see, use office equipment, handle paperwork and cash, and occasionally lift office supplies.
Salary Range:
$16.42 - $24.62 per hour
