This position serves members at the Foley Branch in Foley, Alabama. As a frontline Member Experience Representative, you engage members by onboarding them with Alabama Credit Union, opening new accounts, and providing a relationship‑building experience. You assist members with loan requests, financial transactions, cash handling, and encourage utilization of additional products and services offered by the Credit Union.

Duties include opening accounts, conducting deposits and withdrawals, posting credit card payments and balance transfers, receiving debit card and check orders, and providing information about products and services to meet members’ financial needs efficiently and accurately.

Minimum qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service skills, cash handling, good computer skills (including Microsoft Office and web‑based applications), ability to follow lengthy account‑opening procedures, ability to describe and sell products and services to members, adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, and a desire to help others in your community.

Other preferred qualifications: one to three years of similar or related experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for conflict resolution, relationship building, and solicitation of cooperation. Discussions require confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact.

Physical Requirements: During a normal workday, incumbents will sit, stand, walk, see, hear, reach, use gross and fine motor coordination for using standard office machines and paperwork, count and sort cash, and occasionally lift and carry incidental items such as supplies.
