Personal Banker

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
• Conduct proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement
• Deliver a full PNC conversation during every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources
• Identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment
• Participate in efficient and accurate branch daily operations

Requirements

• Associates or equivalent degree, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of banking products
