Patient service representative, call center

Must have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Update and maintain accurate patient personal and insurance information in our systems
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism
• Organize and maintain medical records and ensure proper filing practices
• Collect co-payments and process cash payments accurately
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations
