Work Location: On-site; travel required to multiple office locations within an approximate one-hour driving distance

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors
- Manage patient arrival and departure processes with accuracy and compassion
- Schedule appointments, testing, and follow-up visits per clinical direction
- Gather, verify, and maintain patient demographic and insurance information
- Confirm insurance eligibility and secure authorizations as needed
- Collect patient financial responsibility, including co-pays and balances
- Upload and organize documentation within the electronic medical record
- Prepare patient charts in advance to support clinic readiness
- Maintain clean, orderly, and welcoming patient areas
- Support patients who may be anxious or unwell with patience and care
- Travel regularly to clinic locations within an approximate one-hour drive radius
- Is naturally personable, composed, and respectful
- Takes ownership of their role and holds themselves accountable
- Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and coworkers
- Maintains a polished appearance and calm demeanor
- Adapts well to change and stays focused under pressure

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of customer service or patient-facing experience
- Ability to travel consistently to nearby clinic locations
- Experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare setting
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team

This role requires extended periods of sitting at a workstation, frequent computer and phone use, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
