5-Axis Mastercam CNC Programmer

This is a full-time on-site role for a 5-Axis Mastercam CNC Programmer, located in Foley, AL. The responsibilities include creating and optimizing CNC programs for 5-axis machining, interpreting technical drawings for production, evaluating GD&T, setting up machinery, and executing precise machining tasks. The programmer will work collaboratively with the machining team to ensure high-quality output, troubleshoot issues, and maintain smooth workflow and efficiency.

• Proficiency in Mastercam 5-Axis CNC Programming and Machining.
• Experience in communicating programming intentions to the production team and responding to feedback from the team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately, including interesting/non-typical GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce no‑exception high-quality results.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and the aerospace or engineering industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
