What You Need to Be Successful in This Role- Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical field preferred OR 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles
- 2+ years of experience using ladder logic for troubleshooting (preferred)
- Ability to successfully pass the Vulcan Maintenance Technician assessment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with solid mechanical aptitude
