• Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical field preferred OR 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles
• 2+ years of experience using ladder logic for troubleshooting (preferred)
• Ability to successfully pass the Vulcan Maintenance Technician assessment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with solid mechanical aptitude
