Mechanical Assembler ; Onsite

Position Summary

Mechanical Assembler I for the A320 Neo program. Responsible for assembling and testing critical components of the aircraft, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.

Shift: Monday–Friday 6:30 A – 3 P.

Location:

US-AL-FOLEY-1300 ~ 1300 W Fern Ave (OEM BLDG).

• Assemble and test critical components for the A320 Neo program.
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of parts.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during assembly.
• Maintain high precision and attention to detail while working on complex components.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee timely completion of assemblies.
• Keep accurate records of assembly processes and any issues encountered.
• Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of assembled components.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding updates, issues, or concerns.
• Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adapt to changes in assembly processes and procedures as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
• Strive for continuous improvement in assembly processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, including torque wrenches and pneumatic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
