Responsibilities- Lead by example, inspire the team, and make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Manage shift operations to ensure production targets are met and processes run efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments; make timely decisions to resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process improvements and coaching staff.
- Previous manufacturing leadership experience required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Safety-focused mindset.
