Pay:
Training Period (4-5 weeks): $18.54/hour (Day Shift, Monday - Friday)
After Training: $19.04/hour (Rotating 12-hour Shifts)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Packaging Operators for a manufacturing facility in Foley. This position is responsible for operating packaging equipment, performing quality inspections, and following safety and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
ScheduleRotating 12-hour shifts (Day & Night)
3-2-2 DuPont Schedule
Must be available Monday - Sunday, including nights and weekends.
Example
Schedule:
- Days 1-3: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Days 4-5:
Off - Days 6-7: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Days 8-10:
Off - Schedule repeats on a rotating basis
- Operate packaging and material handling equipment safely
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Manage and dispose of waste and materials properly
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Requires flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
- Must follow safety procedures and quality standards
