- Greet guests, answer questions, and provide a positive experience
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments accurately, and issue receipts
- Ensure accurate orders and serve products to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and service area, wash dishes, and other minor housekeeping tasks
- Keep inventory organized and replenish items as needed
- Assist in preparing, packing, or serving pretzels and related items
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Willing to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
