Process damaged or defective merchandise and returns following procedures;
Obtain return authorizations from vendors and package/ship merchandise returns;
Maintain accurate stock/inventory status for damaged/returned merchandise;
Review daily return reports and manage merchandise recalls and tire/battery returns;
Conduct daily club safety walks and escalate findings
